Launch is a one time Airbnb listing setup service. We build the foundation, hand it off and you operate. Management is a continuous service where we run everything and charge a monthly commission of 15–20%. Launch is a 2 week project; Management is an ongoing operation.
They're separate products. If after operating yourself you decide you'd rather delegate, we can discuss Management at that point. Launch doesn't lock you in, and the fee isn't credited toward a management plan.
Yes. Airbnb Launch optimizes your listing and operations, not interior design or staging. If you still need to furnish the property, we can connect you with local vendors, we can give you useful tips but that setup is not part of the service.
No. We optimize the photos you already have; reordering, selecting hero shots, adding captions and light retouching for Airbnb presentation. A full professional photo shoot isn't included, but we refer a local photographer if we think you need one.
