Great stay! Had a few mishaps with the condo but host was very responsive. My favorite part was the pool. It was literally empty almost everyday, was so nice! This location is perfect, walk out the gate of condo area and you’re at the bus stop almost. Restaurants and stores right next door.

Would definitely stay here again. It is on the third floor, but I like stairs. You can’t beat the view and the feel is much more indicative of the local culture than a resort or large hotel. Very quiet and established neighborhood. Felt safe walking to restaurants and shopping anytime of day. We were traveling for extensive dental work and this apartment was perfect for the recuperation. Our stay was approximately 10 days. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, I’m so glad we chose this over a hotel room. The kitchen was adequately appointed, there were plenty of towels and enough toilet paper and paper towels to sustain us until we could get to the store.

Place was clean and very secure. Small issues with one of the bedroom locks, AC in the living room and missing batteries in one of the AC remotes that took them 3 days to get to us.

Inland, Downtown Cancun (El Centro) is where you'll find the most space for your money, authentic markets, and a quick airport hop.

Peak season runs December through April, when daytime highs sit around 28–30°C and rainfall is minimal — book beachfront homes two to three months ahead. May through November is the value window, with lower nightly rates and warm water, though September and October carry a higher chance of tropical storms.

Getting around is straightforward: Cancun International Airport (CUN) is 20–30 minutes from most rentals, the R-1 and R-2 buses run the length of the Hotel Zone, and rideshare reaches Downtown and Puerto Morelos. Most guests pair a few beach days with a day trip to Tulum, Chichén Itzá, or a cenote near Puerto Morelos.
