No long term contracts. We operate month to month with a 90-day minimum to cover the upfront photography and onboarding investment. After that, 30 days notice is all it takes to leave.
As your property manager in Cancun, we coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance: vendor sourcing, quotes, work supervision and reporting. Parts and vendor costs are billed to the owner only with prior authorization.
Yes, is your property so you can block dates at any time at no cost. The only rule: don't block dates with booked stays.
