We offer one plan in Puerto Vallarta: Maximization at 15% on net revenue. It covers distribution, dynamic pricing, bilingual guest service, monthly reporting and coordination with your local providers. No setup fee, no lock-in. We only charge when we generate revenue.

Full Operation (physical cleaning, in-person check-in, on-site maintenance) is only offered in cities where we have a permanent operations team — currently Cancún, Punta Cana and Orlando. Rather than improvise it remotely, we focus on what we can do excellently at distance: distribution, pricing and guest service. You keep your trusted local providers.

We integrate with the cleaning and maintenance providers you already use (or help you find them if you don't). Your provider gets calendar access and a clear check-in/turnover playbook. We handle every guest interaction, message and channel; they handle the property in person. You stay in the loop via monthly reports and the owner app.

No long term contracts. We operate month to month with a 90-day minimum to cover the upfront listing setup investment. After that, 30 days notice is all it takes to leave.

Yes, it's your property so you can block dates at any time at no cost. The only rule: don't block dates with booked stays.

Yes. We offer full-service property management in Cancún, Punta Cana and Orlando (boots on the ground), and remote Maximization-plan management in select cities like Puerto Vallarta. If your property is in another market, reach out — we're expanding carefully.

Yes, and transitions are smooth. We take care of your existing calendar, reviews and active bookings without losing performance history. Typical transition takes 7–10 days.
