I’ve been coming to Punta Cana for 3 years now. I was excited to stay in the new condo that was built. Very nice place, beautiful king size bed. Great balcony and view. Juan was very responsive as well.

Not only was it in a great and safe location with access to the private pool, located in front of a park, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, banks, and more, but it was also packed with all the essentials we needed to feel as if we lived in this apartment in the beautiful Punta Cana village long term. Will definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Punta Cana. The unit was very clean, nicely styled, and exactly as shown in the photos,
The location was very convenient with a grocery store, mall and many restaurants close by, making it easy to grab anything we needed during our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool area. It was relaxing, quiet and a great place to unwind.
One of our favorite features was the large patio overlooking the pool. We spent a lot of time out there relaxing, and it was such a great space to sit, enjoy the view, and unwind.
The condo is located in a secure, gated community, which made us feel very safe throughout our trip. Our host was also very helpful and kindly arranged transportation for us to the airport, which we really appreciated and made our departure stress-free.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Punta Cana! The place was very nice, spotless, and well maintained. The location is perfect , restaurants and beautiful beaches are only 5–10 minutes away, which made everything so convenient.
It’s also very family-friendly, safe, and comfortable. We truly felt at home during our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Punta Cana , we would definitely come back!

Juan carlos was a great host everything as pictured very responsive and very flexible. The only issue I can say was the wifi didn’t quite work half the time, other than that everything else was 5 stars
Nos encantó el apartamento, muy amplio, piscina, limpio, con todos los útiles de cocina.
El único defecto es que el aire acondicionado va por sensor de movimiento y se apagaba a mitad de noche produciendo calor.
Y por otro lado, había un pequeño nido de avispas en la terraza, por lo que apenas pudimos disfrutarla.
Por lo demás, todo perfecto, ubicación, decoración, todo.

Our stay was outstanding from start to finish. The unit was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos: bright, fresh, and filled with natural light. It was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable week-long stay, and all amenities worked perfectly, including hot water, comfy beds, packed kitchen. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Punta Cana Village and its many restaurant options. Right in front of Sunset Suites there’s a park where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, and it’s ideal for families, with kids playing and a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
We stayed during high season over New Year’s Eve and were pleasantly surprised by how quiet and private it felt.
The hosts were incredibly communicative, responsive, and flexible with both check-in and check-out, which made the experience even better. We were truly happy with our stay and couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!! we’ll definitely be back.

Amamos el apartamento de Juan Carlos, es mucho más hermoso de lo que se ve en las fotografías, es un vecindario muy tranquilo, bonito y elegante.
Tiene restaurantes deliciosos muy cerca y un supermercado “Nacional” para abastecerse de todo lo necesario para una excelente estadía.
Se puede disfrutar del balcón, le encanto a mi bebé de 2 años y se puede usar tranquilamente de la piscina.
Gracias por 9 días de ensueño en este hermoso lugar, gracias a Johana que también nos apoyó mucho en nuestra estadía.
Estamos ansiosos de volver a hospedarnos allí.

Beautiful apartment with very responsive host. Loved it!
The aesthetic was chefs kiss. The place was very home-like, comfortable, spacious, clean, and pleasant to stay. We were a group of 3 girls, everyone got their own space to do makeup, make calls, and just stretch out which was a big plus for us. The balcony was a must and it was very nice, living area very open, and beds super comfortable in my opinion and I slept on a twin. Only issue was getting Ubers inside to pick us up to the exact residence but there was another walkable place that suited us anyway. Juan was very helpful, super responsive, friendly, and accommodating before, during, and after the trip. 10/10 I would definitely recommend

I had my eye on this place for a while and finally got to experience it. The place is EXACTLY like the pictures—luxurious furniture and decor. The apartment overlooks the beautiful pool, and the ambience was just lovely. It’s also very kid-friendly, which made the stay even better. The host was very responsive, attentive, and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful stay with my family. The apartment was lovely and modern, thoughtfully decorated. Practical location for a PC holiday/getaway as it's central to everything we like doing. The neighborhood is safe and friendly- feels like a real neighborhood- parks, kids and dogs. We'll be back.
This place absolutely looks just like the photos! The pool is literally right in front and very private. There’s a gym next door and a playground right across the street, which is awesome for the kids. The house comes with everything and feels so fresh - we loved it!
Most importantly, I love that they offer transportation if you’re staying for four days or more to be picked up at the airport. The hosts are super responsive - I don’t think they ever took more than five minutes to respond to any of my messages.
Above all, their staff is next level. They connected us with Joanna, who helped us pack up and clean the house and even took care of our kids. We were offered concierge services as well. It was just an awesome experience - we will definitely be back!
The only thing I will say is that while the beaches are close they all require you to pay which being new to the area we didn’t know most of them are consumable food but it is expensive and think that should be noted!
We had a lovely time. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. A minor malfunction of the AC that was quickly solved by the owner. Super fast response. Always attentive. 100% recommended. Definitely will come back.
I absolutely loved my stay here! Not only were the hosts super responsive and easy going the apartments were beautiful and full of friendly people. The space is just as described in the pictures if not even more beautiful. Free of any clutter and squeaky clean as well. I would 100% visit this place again, it was a dream! 💕

Great stay , we were there for a golf tournament at the Corales Golf Club, 5 minute drive, close to grocery store and Mall. Place was clean, parking , elevator. Pool. I would stay there again. Host was very responsive.

Absolutely amazing I had a beauty full stay in this apt it’s is near all best restaurants in the village , very close to my favorite beach club playa Blanca , the apt is brand new everything was spotless great pick , the host was very helpful and response time was very fast for any question , I’ll be back very soon to this unit .
