Peak season runs December through April, when daytime highs sit around 28–30°C and rainfall is minimal — book beachfront homes two to three months ahead. May through November is the value window, with lower nightly rates and warm water, though September and October carry a higher chance of tropical storms.
Getting around is straightforward: Cancun International Airport (CUN) is 20–30 minutes from most rentals, the R-1 and R-2 buses run the length of the Hotel Zone, and rideshare reaches Downtown and Puerto Morelos. Most guests pair a few beach days with a day trip to Tulum, Chichén Itzá, or a cenote near Puerto Morelos.

December to April is peak season with the best weather — book two to three months ahead, especially for beachfront homes. May to November offers lower rates and warm water; September–October carry a higher storm risk but the deepest discounts.
Several are truly beachfront, with private or direct beach access. Others are ocean-view or a short walk from the sand. Each listing clearly states its exact location and distance to the beach, verified by our local team.
