I really liked the host's responsiveness and the apartment. Clean, everything worked, pools are just as pictured - gorgeous.
The only downside of the apartment complex are two checkpoints and the second checkpoint requires a QR code issued for any visitor you might have. So you either need to bother the host (which they were happy to provide) if you are expecting a delivery or an Uber, or walk to the checkpoint to meet them. For those who like privacy and security, this is great. For some who like the flexibility and convenience - something to consider.

Excelente estancia, el departamento es cómodo y cumple las necesidades de viaje. Las amenidades son excelentes, la alberca esta tibia siempre eso es un plus!! Tiendas cercana, eso si en auto. El único detalle que fastidía un poco es la “entrevista” que te hacen los dos filtros cada que sales y entras del complejo, así regreses en 10 min, vuelven a preguntar lo mismo. Regresaría sin problemas a este Airbnb!
Súper cómoda la estancia, todo muy limpio, tal cual como en las fotos. Está en muy buena ubicación. El acceso fue rapidísimo y ante cualquier duda me respondían al momento. Me encantó, sin duda volvería.

El departamento está hermoso tal cual las fotos, limpieza excelente,.zona muy tranquila, alberca muy bonita, pero si es necesario rentar carro ya que está algo alejado de la playa o zono hotelera y de los comercios para adquirir alimentos, lo demas todo muy bien
The accommodation was absolutely perfect and looked the same as in the pictures. It was very clean and it had everything we needed. We felt completely safe. The self check-in was very convenient. Cancun as a town is very busy, so we were happy to be here, as it was very quiet, safe, clean and nice. It was close to Walmart, Soriana and Dunkin if you need to buy something. All the residence staff was extremely friendly and polite, we were sad to leave! The host was super responsive and always willing to help and advise with anything we needed. We have really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend to everyone. Big thanks!

My boyfriend and I spent an amazing week at this Airbnb, and it was truly one of the best stays we've ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a home away from home. The host Gaby ❤️ was kind, attentive, and always available whenever we needed anything. Her quick responses made everything so easy, and she truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
One of the highlights of our stay was celebrating a birthday. Gaby surprised us by helping with decorations, which made the occasion feel even more special. It was such a thoughtful gesture.
Towards the end of our stay, we decided we wanted to extend for one more night, and the host was incredibly accommodating. She made the process smooth and hassle-free, allowing us to enjoy our trip without any stress.
