The apartment was beautiful, just as described. The location and amenities were perfect for our family.
The host was super responsive and helped me with anything I needed. Thank you!!!
Super fin lejlighed med skønt poolområde og lækker strand. Kommunikation med udlejer var virkelig nem og god med hurtig respons.
Excellent
Really great stay. The place felt luxurious from the moment we arrived and was very well maintained. It’s about a 4 minute walk to the beach, which made it super convenient without being noisy. The amenities were excellent and everything was thoughtfully set up. The hosts were fantastic with communication, always responsive and clear.
One thing to note is that it’s a bit removed from restaurants and grocery stores, so we had to drive into downtown or get things delivered. Not a dealbreaker for us, but something to keep in mind. Overall, an amazing place to stay with family or friends. I’d absolutely come back.
Absolutely beautiful apartment. So spacious, I don't know how we could ever go back to staying in a hotel. The roof top pool was our favorite, but all of the grounds were excellent. Thanks, we will be back!
Great Stay, great host!
This was by far the best air bnb experience I’ve ever had!! Gaby was the absolute best host and we were impressed by how responsive and helpful she was the entire time! She gave us great recommendations and made sure we were good from start to finish! It was so important for us to feel comfortable while out of the country and she made sure we were! The air bnb was 10 out of 10. It looked just like the pictures and it was clean and beautiful. We loved the balcony and it was so peaceful. The beach clubhouse was awesome and beach access was just what we wanted and needed. We would definitely recommend and will be back for sure!
This Airbnb offered a stylish retreat with thoughtfully designed interiors that created a welcoming atmosphere, making it visually appealing from the moment we arrived. The host maintained rapid communication, always replying within minutes to messages.
However, two major issues impacted our stay:
• Appliance failures: The dishwasher and refrigerator were nonfunctional throughout our visit, requiring manual dishwashing and drinking warm beer despite the host acknowledging these problems.
• Inflexible policies: Requests for minor accommodations like a 15-minute early check-in or slight checkout extension were consistently denied without compromise, even when explaining special circumstances.
While the space itself delivered on aesthetic appeal, the combination of broken essentials and rigid hospitality made the experience feel transactional rather than welcoming.
What a gem. It exceeded our expectations.
Our stay at this Airbnb in Cancun was nothing short of amazing! The property exceeded our expectations in every way. The decor was stunning, with thoughtful touches that made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The location was ideal—just steps away from the beach, with easy access to everything we needed.
The property was impeccably equipped, ensuring we had everything for a comfortable stay. The beach access was a dream, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wanted.
What truly set this experience apart was the host. They were incredibly communicative, helpful, and gracious, making every interaction pleasant and effortless.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Cancun. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!
