Myself, our nanny and the baby had a wonderful stay here. The view is very nice and my son loves watching all the boats go by. Always happy to do that. The nurse and I also love watching the ferry to the island and the pirate ships sail each night. The water is blue and just a beautiful thing to watch. The air conditioning is good. We had good tv and internet. We have indeed enjoyed ourselves. The washer/dryer is good and also the fridge/freezer. Security is very nice to deal with and helpful. I like being near the pirate ships and Puerto Cancun. It is a good location. There is a 7/11 and pharmacy nearby. The pool is great and the beach is pleasant enough.

The Girobe Apartments Airbnb at the Bellamar Residential in Cancun was very nice, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment itself is lovely and in a great location. The air conditioning and internet were both excellent, which made our stay very comfortable. We also loved the beautiful beach and the perfect pool. Management was wonderful and always got back to us quickly whenever we needed help. We are so glad we stayed here—it was a nice stay indeed! Thank you very much!

Location was easy to find in the hotel zone, very close to the North entrance of the strip. Xcaret ticket purchases, ferry, and other excursions right down the block within walking distance or 4m Uber ride. Security guard is right there to meet you but have your identification ready. There are wristbands that you have to wear to identify you as a guest which I didn’t like because everyone knows you’re staying in the hotel zone. The room is located on the third floor with a beautiful view of the beach. The pictures don’t do it any justice, the home is extremely ample and big rooms. The A/C units are in each room but only had one that would make a bit too much noise but they all worked great. Some of the controllers for the fans didn’t work well but we managed. Access to your private beach (shared with other residents) was easy and they always have people cleaning 24/7 to keep it pristine. Overall a great find for my stay with 2 people, can fit a family of four.

The condo is on the 3rd floor of a complex right in front of its own little beach. There is an elevator and you get a keycard to use it. The beach has tons of sunning chairs and several covered mini huts for shade. The water was probably 25% underwater seaweed at the bottom but good enough to enjoy getting in. You have a nice view out the ocean from the living room but mostly trees. At night you can hear some music from the resorts and nearby but not too loud or late. The WiFi was very slow but enough for the tv. The place is pretty clean but very outdated so you are paying for the non-crowded beach area, nice pool, and in unit washer/dryer. The host was very nice and good communication.

If you are looking for affordable accommodation, I recommend it. However, the beach is not nice. This is a place to stay and you should have a car to explore other areas.
