Beautiful place to stay. Gaby was extremely helpful and very quick to reply, can’t ask for more in a host. It’s a great place to stay if you want a peaceful private getaway. The city, stores, restaurants, etc. are a drive away as explained by Gaby but if you’re willing to sacrifice that for a peaceful stay this is a great place to be.
I honestly recommend staying with Gaby at La Amada, she is an amazing host, super responsive, and extremely proactive. This is the second time that I’m taking one of her units and I do not regret. She make sure that I am fine from before I take my flight to Cancun to when i need to catch my flight back home.

First of all GABY was incredible to deal with, very quick to respond and help with anything i needed. the resort is super safe and clean. the staff were all great. short walk to the private beach. underground parking was nice to have. the place is bigger then the photos make it. comfortable bed, great water pressure. loved the view in the morning. very quite. highly recommend if you're thinking about booking in Cancun

Gaby was an excellent host. She was friendly, helpful, and responsive. The accommodations were as advertised. They are in a secure location. Close walk to the beach and pools. Very private. We travelled with a newborn and felt extremely safe. Gaby made the stay more comfortable, thank thank you very much.

El complejo es espectacular.
Tiene todo para instalarse días y días sin necesidad de moverte. Fuimos con niños y una pareja amiga. Hay canchas de pádel, tenis, básquet, gimnasio, fútbol. Playroom para los niños, beach club. Sin dudas volvería.
Respecto al departamento, funcional. Gabi respondió perfecto a nuestras inquietudes, teníamos problemas de presión de agua, que era por falta de mantenimiento de la grifería que al pedido lo resolvieron de inmediato (lo ideal hubiese sido que no esté ese problema).
El dpto tienecarritomuy funcional para ir a la playa , y todas las comodidades.
Sin dudas volvería. Lo único que mejoraría es un poco la limpieza y el mantenimiento de la grifería para no renegar. El resto todo impecable.
We stayed in Gaby’s place for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The kitchen is very well stocked. The unit is very large and comfortable. And the location is wonderful. The privacy of the beach totally sold us. And, as others have said, Gaby is a truly wonderful and responsive host.
I’ll start with the host Gabby. She was incredible! always responsive always friendly, very fast to write back to me whenever I had a question. Can’t say enough good things about her. Helped us from transportation to feeling at home, to simple little questions to get things to work. Five star service. The place is beautiful. very clean bathroom and bedroom was very comfortable. La Amada is a beautiful property easy to walk around and get to the beach and Restaurant. The gym was also nice. I would definitely be back to her B&B. Thanks again, Gabby.
We had a great relaxing week with our toddler and baby. Accommodation was exactly as described with all the listed amenities. We were lucky we had a lovely weather. We had most breakfasts in the terrace with the lovely jungle view. The restaurant at the beach club , where we spent most of our times, was open everyday except Tuesday from 9am to 9pm which was great. It is a bit far from downtown but we knew that already and it did not bother us. We went out 2 evenings with uber which went smoothly. Gaby is an amazing host.

Gaby was an amazing host. She really goes above and beyond for her guests. She answered all my questions and was quick to respond. The place was beautiful. Very spacious and clean. The garden view was wonderful, I loved going the balcony at night. The complex was also very nice. It felt very safe and private. The beach and heated pools were great places to relax.
We had a wonderful stay in Punta Sam! The location was peaceful, beautiful, and close proximity to the beach, not as close as was expecting, but a nice easy walk nonetheless. Gaby was an exceptional host—warm, very responsive, and genuinely caring. She made sure we were comfortable from start to finish. We stayed in the off season, so it was very quiet, peaceful and felt like we had the place to ourselves most of the time.
The gym was a highlight for me, able to keep to my routine without needing to drive to one and pay for a week pass. It was convenient having the little market downstairs too. The only issue was the washer/dryer combo. Be prepared for it to take an entire day to wash/dry clothes; we put in a small load the day before leaving and clothes were still not completely dry after 12 hours. Had to lay everything out on dining table over night.
Other than that, I’d still recommend staying here if you want a relaxing experience overall
Staying at Gabby's unit was truly nice! She is extremely responsive and proactive and she makes sure you are well taken care of. Many things to do like Tennis, kayaks paddle board and more all included in the price! Will definitely book again
Absolutely loved my stay at Gabbys place. It had plenty of security so I felt totally safe as a solo traveler. Whenever I had any questions gabby responded so quickly! The beach club is super nice and only a 7 min walk away. Thank you Gabby ❤️
It was perfect! I came for relaxation, stress relief and calm vibes. I got everything I needed. This unit had a beautiful jungle view with some amazing sunsets. The white sand beach and beach club was amazing, no seaweed at all. Room was very nice. It felt like home. I would love to stay here again. Gaby is the best and its seemed like she doesn't sleep because she was always available to answer my question and I had a lot of questions.
Really huge space in the same building as the rooftop pool which is an incredibly lovely space and was always completely empty. Gaby was a fantastic and helpful host. Highly recommend.
La estancia fue perfecta, el lugar es muy seguro para familias, todo está nuevo y lujoso con excelentes amenidades, Gaby es una súper anfitriona, fue muy empática y atenta, la playa sin sargazo, oleaje muy tranquilo y con vistas increíbles, todo el personal del club de playa muy amable y te atienden como rey, por el precio que se paga es una joya la estancia.

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions.
The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging.
The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim.
I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!
Highly recommend! We stayed here for 2 weeks and the space felt like home. Clean, aery and modern. Rooftop pool was amazing and the beach/pool area was a simple 5-7 walk away. Gaby is a great host and is always available for communication for your needs! Highly recommend!
Gaby was great! Super responsive, took care of all our requests. The place itself was perfect for what we needed, all toiletries were provided. Gaby also sent a laundry service to us to change the sheets and provide new towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully loaded. The only thing I will complain about is the bed not being very comfortable and the sheets kept coming off even when I would put them back in place.
Gaby’s Airbnb was perfect! The complex is very quiet and it was a great way to enjoy Cancun away from the busier hotel zone. It was really easy to get Ubers from the Airbnb, though, so it wasn’t difficult at all to access downtown and the hotel zone.
The biggest thing that stood out was Gaby’s communication throughout our stay. She was proactive in checking in on how we were enjoying our stay and she gave us excellent recommendations. We reached out a couple times to ask for recommendations for various things, and she was incredibly responsive. One of her taco recommendations (Taqueria Bonampak) was so good we went twice!
Whenever go back to Cancun, I will definitely be staying at one of Gaby’s properties again!

We had a wonderful stay at Gaby's home. The photos do not do a justice, this place is stunning! The pools were incredible, and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly! We never felt unsafe due to the high amount of security and fancy facial recognition to enter the grounds. Gaby shared many local recommendations and was a superior host. Would love to return again!

This is the second time that we have stayed at Gaby’s apartment at La Amanda. We love both the apartment and the La Amanda property. The apartment is immaculate and well-appointed. It is a lovely place to stay. And the La Amanda property is fantastic. The restaurant has terrific food and the beach is very peaceful. We highly recommend vacationing here!

Gaby was one of the better hosts we've interacted with, always responding to our various questions quickly. The condo was as pictured, super clean and better stocked than most places. La Amada complex is hidden gem for those who want the same weather, beach, and security of the AI resorts next door, but w/o their price. The plentiful beach loungers were cushioned- which you'd have to pay extra for at the resorts next door. The beach club pool beds were great. The secret was the rooftop heated pool / jacuzzi of the condo building, usually empty (no food or drinks up there), but super easy access from the room. Nothing was ever crowded, unlike resorts. The restaurant got the job done for late breakfast, lunch or early dinner... and the café / market in the front bldg had more than we expected. Jungle facing rooms also means road noise, esp in the AM, bring earplugs. 5 min walk to beach was fine for us, so a great value. Didn't rent a car- just shuttled to/from as arranged by Gaby. EASY!
The apartment was great and was located in a safe, secure area with a short walk to the beach and the pool. Gaby was pleasant and quick to answer any questions we had.
The only issue we had was getting through the security checkpoint down the road before the complex. There are multiple security checkpoints around Cancun so this isn’t an issue specifically with this location or with Gaby. In our case it was just that we don’t speak much Spanish and that made driving around Cancun more difficult than it needed to be.
Gaby’s place exceeded my expectations. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. La Amada is also a fantastic resort complex. We enjoyed the beach and all the pools. It felt very relaxing as it was never crowded. We enjoyed the restaurant during breakfast and dinner and the foods and drinks were great. All the staff in la Amada is amazing! Gaby is an incredible host, always responsive and gave us fantastic suggestions on things to do. She helped us with the car rental and airport transfer. I would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful time stay at Gabys condo. It was very clean and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!
It was so peaceful. We enjoyed the view of palm trees from the upstairs apartment. It was a little walk to the ocean in which we thought it was closer, but the path was beautiful and peaceful. It was really nice and private. Gaby was an excellent host. Would love to come here again!
