Would definitely stay here again. It is on the third floor, but I like stairs. You can’t beat the view and the feel is much more indicative of the local culture than a resort or large hotel. Very quiet and established neighborhood. Felt safe walking to restaurants and shopping anytime of day. We were traveling for extensive dental work and this apartment was perfect for the recuperation. Our stay was approximately 10 days. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, I’m so glad we chose this over a hotel room. The kitchen was adequately appointed, there were plenty of towels and enough toilet paper and paper towels to sustain us until we could get to the store.
Beautiful home! We stayed for 14 days and enjoyed the most out of it. Amazing view of the lagoon & hotel strip during night. Highly reccomend!
La estadía estuvo bien en general. El departamento tiene una excelente ubicación cerca de zona hotelera, playas, plazas comerciales, restaurantes, antros.. a todos lados llegábamos en menos de 10 minutos en auto, eso nos encantó. Y la vista que tiene a la laguna es increíble. El alojamiento cuenta con todo lo mencionado en la descripción y en las fotos. Hay agua caliente y aire acondicionado en sala y recámaras. Considero que le falta algo de mantenimiento, los colchones un poco duros pero en general está bien. El único detalle que tuvimos fue con una vecina extranjera que nos gritó y amenazó por ser mexicanas, tuvimos que hablarle a la patrulla que afortunadamente llegó muy rápido. El personal de recepción y el dueño del alojamiento estuvieron pendiente en esos momentos. Volvería a hospedarme siempre y cuando esa persona ya no viva ahí. Fue lo único que nos disgustó de la estancia. De ahí en fuera es un buen lugar.
Overall, we had a great stay. The location was beautiful, close to the beaches, and very easy to access. The Airbnb itself was nice and comfortable.
The only small downside was that the beds could’ve been a little more comfortable, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, a pleasant experience and a great spot for a trip.

Great view over the lagoon. walkable to the main bar club area of the hotel zone 15-20 minutes. quiet and peaceful at night. only thing somewhat negative is the 2 beds in the second bedroom had very firm mattress. overall great place!

This was the perfect stay! Especially having everything so close, it was very easy to get around..super safe neighborhood everyone was respectful and friendly! Definitely would recommend this Airbnb! Also gabby was very responsive whenever we needed anything!

We spend five days in Cancun and truly enjoyed staying at this place. It was my wife and I with out two kids. The place inside is pretty much up to date and was very comfortable. Great view of the bay and beautiful surroundings. It's a very safe and quiet neighborhood and easy to get uber's to come and take you anywhere. We truly enjoyed our stay and were happy with the kitchen and living room the couple of times we stayed in for dinner.
El hospedaje fue agradable, solo que la alberca estuvo sola en todo momento porque el agua es muy fría en esta temporada. Eso fue lo que no nos gustó 😢

I booked this place for two main reasons.
The pool & the space
The lay out of the apartment was great. My family and I had plenty of room. Linens were clean and everything was nice when we walked in. The neighborhood is super quiet & the unit overlooks the lagoon which is very nice especially since there are two balconies. Comfy beds and smart TVs.
The cons:
The pool was filthy at check in. The water level was so low it wasn’t even being filtered. Cloudy, missing almost 12 inches of water. X2 brought this to the hosts attention but it wasn’t addressed until our check out day. They were actively filling the pool with water when we were checking out after 5 (or more) days of no filtration. So don’t rent this place for the pool.
Pro tip with the AC, turn them on with the wall thermostats, then unplug the thermostat. Otherwise it will turn off and you will have a most unpleasant sleep & hot house when you return after a day in the sun.
A decent stay, but the pool is a PROBLEM.
This condo was well worth the price. It's located near the hotel zone and there is a local bus stop within a 5 minute walk. It was a little difficult for us to find the place upon check in but the host was super helpful and responsive at all times. Very friendly group - would recommend.
Would 100% stay here again
The location allowed for a short walk to many dining and shopping opportunities. The nearest beach Playa Tortuga was about 20-30 minutes away walking which we found to be manageable. The overall experience with the condo was nice the A/C was a godsend after a day outside. The space was very clean and the views of the sunset over the lagoon was nice to watch from the patio and poolside.

El departamento tiene una vista muy linda hacia la laguna , la zona es muy tranquila, la ubicación muy buena ya que está cercana a los puntos importantes de la zona hotelera , el departamento tenía lo necesario para hacer la estancia muy cómoda.
Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí!

Juan Carlos was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was nice, lovely views from the balconies even if the kitchen is a bit outdated. The complex was okay, needs a bit of TLC but the pool area was great to chill by. The aircon worked well but the whole complex did lose electricity and water on one day but it was fixed shortly after. Good stay
Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, alles wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Gerade der Außenbereich ist toll.
Todo bien, se queda en el top de propiedades para considerar si viajamos de nuevo.

Todo estuvo excelente de principio a fin, siempre respondían los mensajes a cualquier pregunta o duda y el area es muy calmada y con muy buenas vistas, solo hay que caminar un poco para encontrar puntos importantes en el area, volveria a agendar con el sin problema.
