Yeah, Abby was extremely helpful and wonderful the entire time. I was a little bit stressed out when I arrived she said come home and help me. She’s such an extremely wonderful woman. I am so grateful that she is such an awesome Airbnb.

We had a great one-week stay here in Cancun. The place was clean, comfortable, and looked just like the photos. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time and would happily stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

The apartment was very nice, the complex is very well maintained and the pool is beautiful. This apartment is inside of a gated community, surrounded by high walls, with guards at the gate 24/7. This sometimes causes delays getting in-and-out but if you have any security concerns about Cancun you will feel well protected here. It is valuable to note that although there are some great restaurants on the main road (Av Huayacan) the complex is over 0.5Km off the road which can be an inconvenience if you would like to walk anywhere nearby.

Gaby fue muy atenta en todo momento y super dispuesta. Tuvimos un ligero inconveniente con el agua y al dia siguiente habia enviado un plomero a reparar el calefon.
La zona muy cómoda, si estas en auto.

Gaby's listing was absolutely amazing everything we could of wished for was available. We stayed for 20 days extremely comfortable and spacious.
Prepared and cooked most of our meals. Supermarkets with in 20 mins walk and 2 small convenience stores on site. Numerous restaurants within walking distance. Gaby was easily contactable and responded very quickly. If you wish to venture further afield uber is quite reasonable to most places and picks up at 7-Eleven just outside the site. I recommend Gaby without hesitation.
ps. we required a later checkout and Gaby was very obliging.

Muy bonito complejo y departamento, la alberca igual increíble y un lugar muy tranquilo para poder descansar. De igual forma Gaby estuvo muy atenta y nos dio buenas recomendaciones e incluso ayudó con recomendación para rentar coche, excelente atención. Solo como dato, si traen personas mayores de edad, está en un 4o piso y no tiene elevador, así que es pesado subir
¡Excelente alojamiento! Disfruté mucho mi estadía. El departamento es muy cómodo y se encuentra cerca del aeropuerto. Es fácil desplazarse desde ahí a diferentes puntos de la ciudad. Gaby es una anfitriona muy atenta y gentil. En todo momento, se mostró dispuesta a facilitar nuestra estadía. Recomiendo amplimente este alojamiento. Sin duda, volvería.
Gaby s'est montrée très attentionnée durant tout notre séjour. L'appartement est situé dans une résidence très calme et sécurisée. La propriété de l'immeuble du jardin et de la piscine est remarquable. Les gardiens sont très aimables et respectueux. L'appartement est bien aménagé, il manquait seulement quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine (une poêle en meilleure état, quelques couverts et quelques assiettes supplémentaires feront la différence). Gaby et son mari sont d'une grande amabilité et très serviables. Je recommande cet hôte et cette appartement à 100%. Un supermarché ouvert 24h/24h et 7j/7 situé à trois minutes. Il est préférable d'avoir un véhicule pour les déplacements.

Great apartment in a private condo complex. The place is clean, well furnished, and the host Gaby is super responsive and helpful.
Be aware that you have to check in-out with security at complex entrance. This is reassuring but can get tedious when the checkin lines are long.

The host responded really fast when asked questions. The view was astonishing from the balconies and the room view. The rooms were big. If I was to go back I would stay there again.

juste le lit de places etait trop petit, les nuits ont ete difficiles et les chaises ne sont pas en bon état sinon l'appartement était propre est conforme aux descriptions. très bonne communication avec Gaby. je reviendrai si je passe a cancun

Un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar. La pileta muy linda. Nada de ruidos molestos. Lugar con mucha seguridad. Es como un barrio privado. 7eleven dentro del predio a pocos metros de la casa.

The building and surrounding are well maintained and security is top notch so it was awesome for me and baby to be able to go for walks.

Great place to stay at! Close to everything you may need and it’s just a drive away. Place is clean and spacious. Also loved the pool and playground. Host is also really great at responding for any needs!

Apartamento grande e espaçoso, a piscina tem borda infinita. Gostei bastante, recomendo, voltaria com certeza. O único ponto complicado é não ter elevador e o apartamento está no terceiro andar.
Me gusto muchísimo, recomendado.
