Increíble el departamento, esta en la parte de abajo asi qué para meter cosas fue mas sencillo, increíble la zona como a 5 minutos de una playa que está super tranquila
Es un lugar muy bonito, tranquilo, perfecto para la familia, fuimos una familia de 5 y nos quedamos muy satisfechos y contentos con nuestra elección de alojamiento, mi abuelo, es una persona con movilidad reducida, el lugar cuenta con rampitas para facilitar el acceso, está en planta baja así que no padecimos con la silla de ruedas, la cocina está muy bien equipada, el aire acondicionado y el internet funcionaron a la perfección, el anfitrion atento a cualquier situación, el uber llega sin contratiempos pero también saliendo del condominio se puede tomar el camión R1 o R2 que te lleva a cualquier playa por 12$ mx, queda super cerca playa langosta y playa las perlas, 10 min caminando, hay restaurantes cerca, el OXXO también queda cerca y hay una farmacia pasando la callé, 100% lo recomiendo, la piscina siempre limpia y refrescante justo afuera del alojamiento y ame que las reglas se cumplen, después de las 9 puedes dormir sin temor a escuchar fiestas o etc.Cuenta con varias amenidades✨
El alojamiento cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar por semanas, la cocina bien equipada, está como muestran las fotos, nos agrado la psicina y que está el embarcadero para ir a las islas enfrente, excelente atención de los anfitriones, muchas gracias

Very responsive and friendly host, dealt with any questions and problems promptly, beautiful apartment and pool, 15-20 minute walk to the beach, shop right beside the accommodation - you will need to get taxis for the strip/restaurants but they are cheap and fast!

Houve apenas um ponto durante a estadia: o ar-condicionado de dois quartos apresentou instabilidade durante a noite. No entanto, assim que comunicamos o anfitrião, ele foi extremamente ágil e resolveu a situação prontamente, inclusive de forma remota.
Esse suporte rápido fez toda a diferença e mostrou cuidado com os hóspedes.

The host for this Airbnb is excellent. He helped secure private transportation from the airport at the last minute due to a flight delay, even though we were checking to another Airbnb for the first leg of our trip. Since we stayed at two Airbnb’s, I noticed that both did not completely clear fridge items and left half used supplies in bathrooms- maybe this is standard practice. Some towels were old and somewhat stained. This Airbnb was spotless clean, though bathroom sinks were a bit stained from age. The area felt very safe and the two restaurants right next door were excellent for convenience. I think value for money was good and we enjoyed having TVs in all bedrooms. Beds are very comfortable.
This was a great Airbnb with a wonderful host. The rooms and living rooms were a nice size and perfectly matched the pictures. The complex was guarded 24/7 which made us feel extra safe. It was nice to have a pool in the complex as well. The location is great, popular beaches, restaurants and bars were all about a 7 minutes uber drive away which was convenient. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for an Airbnb in the hotel zone in Cancun!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was great and made it easy to get around. Very helpful hosts. This place was right across the street from the ferry xcaret to go to Isla Mujeres, which was great! There is an oxxo and a mini mart right next door.

Fuimos 3 parejas, cada habitación tenía su baño. La cocina súper completa, el alojamiento coincidía con las fotos. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el boiler y el aire acondicionador, Juan Carlos respondió rápidamente y al momento tuvimos solución.
El entorno es hermoso, muy tranquilo y privado, hay playas muy cercas a pie, farmacia, restaurant cerca.
Volvería sin dudas!
This airbnb was spacious for my family of six. We loved the privacy and the pool. It's across the street from the Xcaret ferry to Isla Mujeres - something all visitors must do! There were plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, etc - everything we needed. Juan Carlos was incredibly responsive and helpful. We checked in hours later than initially planned, but he accomodated us with no complaint. Beware of mosquitos outside at dusk, but that's a Cancun thing and not the airbnb's fault! We had a wonderful stay!
Great location! Place is a bit smaller than what it appears in the pictures, but has everything you need nonetheless. AC isn’t central (each room has its own), but worked fine - ceiling fans were a big plus! Their check in process was unique - had to provide every guests passport pictures in advance. Then upon arrival, the security provides you a wrist band to wear during your stay. Overall, great place and good communication!

The apartment is just a few steps to the pool and it was as advertised. The air con only sets to 22 degrees which feels warm at first but you get used to it and it’s quite comfortable. We visited in August and hired a car after the first day as it was so hot to walk anywhere. The car hire was recommended by Juan Carlos and it was affordable and good quality. We had a few minor issues and our host responded almost immediately each time.
Nos agradó demasiado nuestra estancia, la casa igual a las imágenes, estuvimos súper cómodos, utilizamos la alberca que queda justo en frente de la casa y el agua y todo excelente, nos encantó todo, gracias a su excelente ubicación, pudimos el último día ir a Isla mujeres ya que el ferry queda cruzando la calle.

Loved the quiet, gated neighborhood with a pool — super relaxing! The place was clean, safe, and just a short drive (around 15 minutes) to shopping areas. The host replied quickly whenever we had questions. Would definitely stay again!
We had a great stay in the condo. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay, bringing us an extra set of towels when requested. We loved watching the fish at the dock behind the condo. The pool area was nice. The common area was a little smaller than it looked in photos, but suited our needs. There is a bus stop and a convenience store very close to the house. About a 5 minute bus ride (12 pesos pp) to Playa Langosta and 10 mins to Playa Gaviota Azul, which was beautiful when we were there with minimal seaweed. The bathrooms could've been cleaner on arrival, there was a dead cockroach in the master bathroom. Host was responsive, so I'm sure he would've had it recleaned if we had asked, but I didn't want to draw attention to the roach in front of my teenager daughters lol so we just handled it ourselves. Overall a very nice stay and would recommend this location.
This was an amazing stay! My family and I stayed for a few days in Cancun. We were in walking distance to a ferry ride to isa mujeres, which I loved!! Community was very welcoming and felt safe.

Es una estancia que tiene buena ubicación, la cocina está equipada y una vista muy bonita a un lago, así como El Sr. Juan Carlos atento a tus dudas; pero si le falta mantenimiento a los baños y estar atentos a la limpieza de la alberca .
We had a great stay! The place was just as described and pictured – exactly what we were expecting. It’s easy to find, right off the hotel zone, with plenty of restaurants nearby, a bus stop, and convenience stores. Check-in was a breeze, and the keypad with password made it simple to get into the room even after hours. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly.
The AC was nice and cold, and while the beds were a bit on the hard side for us, they were still comfortable enough. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and all the essentials we needed. The only small hiccup was that we had to buy laundry soap for the washer and oil for cooking, but it wasn’t a big deal. It would’ve been nice if those were provided.
The coffee machine didn’t work during our stay, but there is a Starbucks nearby! The pool was amazing and perfect for our three kids, and we felt very secure during our entire stay.
Overall, a wonderful experience! Would recommend to anyone!!
